Memorial Day Parade

A wonderful group of local residents led by Todd Meier has organized a Memorial Day Parade in Downtown Wapakoneta on Monday, May 31 starting at Noon.
When Buckland’s beloved parade was canceled, this group quickly acted to provide a local parade to honor those who sacrificed their lives for our country.
A Wreath Laying Ceremony will be held at 1pm at Wapakoneta’s Veteran’s Park.
Parade Route:
– Starts at intersection of Blackhoof Street and Heritage Drive and heads toward Auglaize Street
– Turns left onto Auglaize Street
– Ends just before the railroad tracks where it will turn left and return to Heritage Drive
