Stargazing

In support of the 50th Anniversary of Apollo 11 and Neil Armstrong’s first steps on the moon, the Neil Armstrong Airport will be hosting a Stargazing Event. On May 4th, the Miami Valley Astronomical Society will be on site with their equipment for you to take a closer look at what is outside our atmosphere and to learn more about astronomy. Stop out and enjoy the stars and night sky! The event is free (donations accepted) and parking will be available at the old Terminal Building along SR 219. Please note, the event will be weather dependent.
